Nexus terms and community standards

Your account and content

Use accurate account information and keep access secure. You retain rights to your content and grant Nexus the permissions needed to store, process and display it as you direct. Share only material you have permission to use. AI results can be inaccurate; review them before acting or publishing. You are responsible for connected-provider use and spending you authorize.

Community standards

Do not post or generate illegal material, child sexual exploitation, nonconsensual intimate images, threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, fraudulent content or material that infringes others’ rights. Do not use Nexus to expose private information, evade blocking or abuse other users. Pornographic content is not permitted in the Nexus iOS experience. Report harmful content or abusive profiles using the available report controls or support. Nexus can remove content, restrict accounts and respond to safety reports.

Payments and subscriptions

Prices, included tokens/storage and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Apple’s purchase screen governs Apple-billed charges; manage renewals and refund requests through Apple. Nexus checkout shows terms for directly billed purchases. Model use consumes usage credits or bills your connected provider as shown. Digital services and third-party availability can change. Do not treat unverified balances, estimates or AI-generated financial information as guarantees.

Ending use

You can stop using Nexus or delete your account in Settings → Account. Subscription management and data deletion are separate actions as explained in the privacy policy. Do not use the service to interfere with others or the infrastructure. Features may be interrupted or unavailable; support requests can be made through the public support form.

The iOS app is also subject to Apple’s standard licensed application agreement.
